Shipping & production
How long does shipping take?
All items ship within 2–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Layer3D currently ships within the United States only.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent as soon as your order ships.
Materials & durability
What are your products made from?
Most pieces use PLA, PETG, or TPU depending on the item. PLA is used for decorative pieces, PETG for durable functional items, and TPU for flexible accessories.
Are the products food-safe?
No. FDM-printed items have micro-gaps between layers, so Layer3D products are not intended for food contact.
Can I leave a print in a hot car?
No. PLA can soften in high heat, so keep prints away from direct sun in parked cars and other hot environments.
Care & returns
How do I clean my print?
Use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking a print, and do not put it in the dishwasher.
Can I paint or modify a print?
Yes. Most prints take acrylic paint well after light sanding.
What is the return policy?
Unused in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-order and custom pieces are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email Carrie with photos within 7 days of delivery so she can help with a replacement or refund.
